Career Calibration and the Treasurer Test

The original thought behind this online assessment stems purely from selecting the right candidate for the treasurer position, based on the fact that not everyone working in treasury has completed a dedicated treasury course or the right treasury knowledge. So how do you know if the candidate you hire is the right one?

Over time, the applications of the Test have expanded beyond recruitment purposes. Entire treasury teams took the assessment tool, and consultants were able to design treasury departments based on the clear visualizations of the treasury skills and personality traits that are shown in the report.
