Survey – Personality Assessment for Treasurers
As you might know, Treasurer Search uses the Treasurer Test as part of their services. Next to technical treasury knowledge, this assessment also measures the personality profile of the candidate.
This provides valuable information to make an informed decision on which candidate is the best fit for the role, the team ánd the organisation as a whole.
Of the 28 personality traits that are measured with this assessment, Treasurer Search chose 16 traits to report on. They chose these traits because we think they are the most insightful when deciding on the recruitment process of a treasurer. With this survey they want to examine if our assumptions are correct, by asking you what five personality traits you find most relevant when searching for new treasury colleague*. You can provide your feedback, quickly and easily through the survey below.
